June 26:  IDMS and the Madison County Coon Hunter Association will put on a Fun Show. We will have some traditional classes plus some coon hunter classes. July 31 - August 1:  Minnesota Donkey & Mule Club State Show. Olmsted County Fairgrounds – Rochester, MN. Here is the show bill.

August 1:  Deadline for Futurity weanlings nominations to Kelli French for the State Show.  A picture of the mare and colt must be sent in with the entry.

August 7- 8:  Ottumwa Two Day Mule Show. Contact Sharon Shaw. 641-684-6184.  Here is your Show Bill.  (Rescheduled from June rain out).  CANCELLED DUE TO RAIN!

August 27 - 29:  IDMS State Show & Futurity @ Davis County Fairgrounds in Bloomfield, IA.

September 4:  Rafter CF Training Mule Show, Chris and Kelli French residence, Bedford, IA, 10:00 a.m.  Here is your Show Bill.

October 1:  Deadline for 2011 Jack Nominations for the 2011 Donkey Futurity. A copy of this form is included in your newsletter and it’s available on the IDMS website. Send your information to Kelli French.

December 31:

  • Deadline for Jack nominations for the 2009 Breeding Season with a late fee of $100.00, for a total nomination fee of $175.00.
  • Deadline to submit your 2010 breeding season.  All nominated Jack owners will be required to submit a stud report.  This report will be due to the Futurity Coordinator by December 31st of each year. Here is your Stud Report.
  • Deadline to renew your Membership at $25.
